Keith Goldsmith

Chief Executive Offer

Goldsmith joins NexusFx after serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Americold Logistics where he was responsible for the company’s market strategy, revenue production, and customer solutions for some of the largest food brands. Prior to Americold, Goldsmith was the Senior Vice President, Business Development for CEVA Logistics, overseeing the development of supply chain solutions for the company's premier client base.

Prior to Americold, Goldsmith was the Senior Vice President, Business Development for CEVA Logistics, overseeing the development of supply chain solutions for the company's premier client base.

Prior to CEVA, Goldsmith served as a member of the board of management and Global Chief Information Officer for TNT Logistics, a predecessor company to CEVA. In this capacity, he managed the company's technology suite of applications and services including CEVA Matrix™, a proprietary technology platform that enables increased supply chain efficiencies for customers.

Goldsmith is a graduate of the University of North Florida where he is currently an advisory board member and a graduate of the Logistics Management Program at The Ohio State University. Goldsmith also remains SVP of Food and Beverage for MonarchFx.

Stephen Tallevi

Chief Commercial Offer

Tallevi is the founder of Nexus and focuses on client strategy, operations and logistics, and process improvement. He advises clients on eCommerce strategy, setting up and optimizing new operations, and track and measure KPIs.

Past experience: Tallevi is the Co-founder of Grocery Gateway and has over 2 decades of experience in eCommerce strategy, operations and marketing. Tallevi has served as a Senior Director of Online Grocery at Walmart and Assistant Vice President of eCommerce Integration at Canadian Tire. Tallevi also sits on the advisory board of several last-mile logistic and food-tech companies. He holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business.

Mudit Rawat

Chief Strategy Officer

Rawat is the Chief Strategy Officer at NexusFx and focuses on client strategy, technology and partnerships. He advises clients on eCommerce strategy, setting up and optimizing new operations, and track and measure KPIs.

Past experience: Prior to NexusFx, Rawat started Urbery, Canada’s first on-demand grocery and alcohol delivery platform. Before becoming a full-time entrepreneur, he worked in the Corporate Strategy Group of Sobeys, one of Canada’s largest grocery retailer. He has also worked in various business development and consulting roles in companies such as Oracle and CGI. He also holds an MBA degree from Schulich School of Business.

Michael Zakkour

Vice President

Zakkour has two decades’ experience in international market strategy and implementation, primarily in China and Asia where he has assisted more than 300 multinational, public and private enterprises on their entry and growth strategies and implementation, supply chain and operations in China, including some of the biggest names in retail, food and beverage, entertainment, consumer products, health care, real estate, technology, fashion and luxury. He is also the co-author of the best-selling new book from Wiley “China’s Super Consumers” and is a contributing writer at FORBES, MSNBC, Harvard Business Review, Beijing Review and appears regularly on the BBC and NPR. He has also appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, WWD, Crain’s NY and CNBC, and The China Business Network among many others.
